Would be a much better app if you could edit documents in landscape!!! Boo...

The program will not save changes made to a PDF file. Additionally, text will auto-rotate 180 degrees for no valuable reason. Lost $8 on this one… Unhappy.

I PURCHASED AND DOWNLOADED BUT DOESN’T OPEN :((

I have a problem with app, when copy and paste a simple text from other source (broweser , etc) . It is not easy to copy text from other program directly into this PDF writer, i must copy this text into the browser ,and again from cut browse , and paste it into the Pdf writer. The program not allow me to edit the content after copying , and block editing/ and do the re-layout of the text on his own. I WANT TO use this program as a simple text editor, but i can not use it i this way . Also sometimes after copy text, 2, 3-third times i try to add the new Line and format it, the program can stop working ,and not react to user commands. I try again to look it inside in this program . This app is very handy for opening PDF files. It’s lightweight but packed with useful features like notes and comments. Been using this to add notes to my students’ paper submission. Wonderful app.

Every time I edit my PDF, I should do save as, otherwise loose all editing, I expected better features

The app is horribly buggy. Even simple functions like zoom and creating a text box annotation don’t work properly. For example, creating a text box annotation means first clicking on the pen, then on the text box annotation button; after dragging out a text rectangle, a yellow box appears on the paper saying “double click to enter text”. When doing that, the font size in the text box changes to something gargantuan (24pt+) and a shadow blue rectangle appears below the yellow box. The home page for the app is a LiveJournal blog with no obvious contact for technical support.

This app is so great and convenient for me to open and edit PDF documents on my macbook.I like it very much.Everyone should download it and have a try!

This PDF editor indeed provides a lot of options and tools to edit your PDFs. But there is a serious bug in this version which restrains itself from a 5-star rating: the "Save" option does not work. You have to choose "Save As" when saving; clicking "Save" does nothing. I do not know if it is just me, but please fix it.

There are several nags, but the stability of this program decreases with increased use it appears. It is frustrating to be digesting a research article then it just poof quits. (it just quit on a 3 page PDF file which is why I am writing this review). -quits unexpectedly & frequently -often will not open -will not open PDF files that preview opens immediately -Frequently will NOT SAVE ANNOTATIONS, but acts as if it does (with command s) -there is no quick undo button to undo any annotation another tool must be selected (command z does not work) this becomes annoying and slows down the flow. If you value your time do not buy this application. I keep giving it chances and it has failed enough where any benefit of feature is crushed by unreliability.

Nearly unuseable interface, many positive reviews are bots. Company is unresponsive and the support page is only a front with no access to anyone who can help. My money was wasted with no way to refund it.

This app is just what I need. Everyday I have to handle a lot of PDFs, and with app, everything becomes so easy and smooth. Very easy to use and so powerful. Save me much time! I love this app.

This app is exactly what I was looking for. The UI is very elegant and modern. This isn’t as featurefull as other editors but it’s simplicity makes up for the issue. The price is also very good for such a useful app. Definanlty worth buying.

I literally just bought this app minutes before sitting to write this review. And the app refuses to open any PDF document and quits "unexpectedly" every time. Ive tried opening several documents, restarting my computer at least three times. It just wont work. I am really disappointed because I just brought this to complete a project that Im currently working on. I was hoping to save some money by not buying the more expensive apps out there. I guess I got what I paid for...

I bought the app but it didnt open in mac! i dont know what the problem.

Considering the size and the functions it provide, this is a really nice PDF file reader.
It looks similar to Skim, but it contains more features.

I find this more easy to use than the adobe one. This is a great PDF reader with excellent features.

Awesome app to type text on PDF …the best in its class! Thanks a lot

Just purchased. Running on OS X Yosemite 10.10.5. Lots of issues. Arrows change from arrows to lines and then you can’t change it back. Colors change for no reason. What you see when you save is not what you get when you open the pdf. Front goes to 8 but thats too big still. Needs a lot of work so don’t waste your $ until its fixed.
